DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! I have lived in 4 different apartment complexes in my life and all of them have been great and I’ve given 5 star reviews…BESIDES PRIEST LAKE APARTMENTS. I have lived here for almost a year and I can’t wait to get out of this joke of an apartment complex. Management has an awful turnover rate. There have been 3 different property managers with 2 different companies within a span of 10 months. I have always paid my rent on time and every time in the full amount. I went online to pay my rent like normal on August 1st in the full amount. It all gets taken out of my account on August 2nd, and I think everything is normal. Oh no, I get an email on August 9th (after the grace period) about a “reversal receipt” and the money is sent back to my bank account. Now, they’re adding on a late fee of almost $200 that they won’t take off even though the fault is on Priest Lake’s end. I asked about this in the office and the joke of a “property manger” says it’s something with my bank and there’s nothing she can do about it. Yeahhhhh, okay. There’s money in the bank sweetie. She acts like she doesn’t care one bit about the tenants, and I’m sure she doesn’t. Also, good luck trying to reach them via phone. Maintenance takes a RIDICULOUSLY long time to fix urgent things. I can’t imagine how long it takes for non urgent things. My bathroom sink was LEAKING for almost 3 weeks before they fixed it. I’m also on the 3rd floor, so you’d think they’d get on that given gravity is a thing. Oh no, I had to put in a total of 4 work orders. 1 online, and 3 in person. There are BUGS literally everywhere inside and out. Spiders, spider webs, wasp nests, etc. I understand that it’s close to the lake, but there’s a monthly fee for pest control to come out and spray and I haven’t seen anyone spray anything at all the entire time I’ve lived here. The same spider webs have been there for months and months. It reeks like marijuana everywhere. It seeps into my apartment from somewhere and I constantly have to have 3 Febreze plugs going just to get rid of the smell. I can’t wait to get out of this apartment complex and I can’t wait to hear the worthless response from Priest Lake about this review. Just know that you will be getting a 1 star review or less on every online source available to me so that people can stay far away from this place. It’s been nothing but a living nightmare. Again, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! This is truly the definition of a slum lord. THEY WILL TRY TO EXTORT MONEY OUT OF YOU!! The place is not maintained, it is dirty, the hot spot for drug deals (every square inch of this place reeks of marijuana), and the property manager tries to threaten you with additional money owed regularly. One girl living in these apartments had a stalker situation take place here. Someone impersonated a worker for Priest Lake to follow them around. When the property manager was asked about it, and confirmed they did not work for them, they did not care nor do anything about the stalker. Heck, when the girl wouldn't respond to family or friends calling, and the property manager was asked to do a wellness check, they said it wasn't their problem to check if THEIR tenant was alright or not. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Wow… all I can say is This New Property Manager Charlotte is incredible. I spoke with her this week, she had said she only has been the manager for ar this property for a week. She empathized with all of my daughters current issues, I explained that the management through the years has always been awful. Right away she apologized, brought me into her office and had me write out everything we needed fixed and assured me she would work through these issues. I’m so GLAD you hired a good one. You can tell she truly cares about her residents and staff, it’s so evident her passion is contagious. I can already see so many issues being resolved around the buildings since she’s been here. I want to give her praise for taking on such a property, it needs alot of help. From meeting her this week I can tell it’s going to be in great hands going forward. Thank you CHARLOTTE! Well done

My experience with the staff was excellent, from the time I stepped out of my car until I finished my visit. The maintenance man (Troy) introduced himself and welcomed me before I walked into the leasing office. Aubree was the Leasing Professional that assisted me and she was awesome. She was professional but had a warm, friendly energy that instantly made me feel comfortable. I am still researching apartments but because of these two interactions, this property is at the top of my list. Thank you for the great customer service.
